Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Snap N Fun Photo Booth Rental (“Snap N Fun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at snapnfun.com (the “Site”) and the photo booth rental services we offer for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other occasions throughout Orange County, Riverside, and the Inland Empire (the “Services”). By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
Booking and Reservations
A reservation is only confirmed once we have received a signed rental agreement (where applicable) and any required retainer or deposit. Package pricing, inclusions, and rental hours are as described on the Site at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing, and are subject to change for future bookings. We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, as availability is limited and dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments
Remaining balances are due according to the schedule provided at booking, and no later than the date of your event unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or as communicated by our team. Deposits and retainers are used to secure your date and, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your rental agreement, are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible at info@snapnfun.com or (951) 290-8571. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees or refund eligibility, will be set out in your individual rental agreement. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
Event Day Expectations
Client is responsible for providing adequate space (typically a minimum of 10′ x 10′), access to a standard power outlet, and a safe, dry, and level setup location. Additional travel fees may apply for venues outside our standard service area. We are not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions, inclement weather, power availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Photo Booth Use and Guest Conduct
Guests using the photo booth agree to use the equipment, props, and backdrop responsibly. Snap N Fun and its attendants reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who engages in unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Client is responsible for ensuring guests treat our equipment and staff with respect.
Photo and Media Release
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to your event, you grant Snap N Fun a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs and images captured at your event for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will never sell your images or personal information to third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Snap N Fun Photo Booth Rental or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While Snap N Fun is fully insured and bonded, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, delays, or loss of images due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the applicable booking.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap N Fun Photo Booth Rental, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
